We have found that diagnostic tools are often beneficial in identifying the core issues quickly and objectively and we’ve had the opportunity to try many of them (and there are lots out there!).
We use powerful, practical and ethical tools that are beneficial, and can used with leaders and teams at any level. Some of the models we use are described below.
Extended DISC™
The Extended DISC® System is designed to provide decision-makers with information about individuals; their behavioural style, strengths, development areas, skills, opinions, perceptions and expectations. Many of you will be aware of DISC, which has been around since the 1950s. Originally a personality profiling tool, it was further developed in the mid 1990s into Extended DISC, a comprehensive and world-leading behavioural profiling too.
Using language that is familiar and common to all of us, this is a great tool for understanding the basics of what drives your behaviour and how you can improve your working relationship with others.
