We have found that diagnostic tools are often beneficial in identifying the core issues quickly and objectively and we’ve had the opportunity to try many of them (and there are lots out there!).

Extended DISC™

The Extended DISC® System is designed to provide decision-makers with information about individuals; their behavioural style, strengths, development areas, skills, opinions, perceptions and expectations. Many of you will be aware of DISC, which has been around since the 1950s. Originally a personality profiling tool, it was further developed in the mid 1990s into Extended DISC, a comprehensive and world-leading behavioural profiling too.
